Had a recent email from a customer looking for a carrier rail. This is a common request and leads to broken targets.

Yes is the Carrier Rail for a X, XS, XE model Western handset trap. Carrier Rails can be worn from repeated use. They are subject to UV damage and can be torn, broken, hard, brittle leading to broken targets. Good to replace the X91 grommets and the X180A target finger at the same time. A simple fix and the parts are available at our store.
